Integrations
Shopify
Storefront and back office in one flow: order, stock and customer without rework.
Shopify
The store sells fine; the bottleneck shows up after checkout. Orders that have to be re-typed, stock that only reconciles at end of day, a customer who exists in two places. The integration closes that gap between the storefront and the back office.
What gets synced
-
Orders in real time
The store notifies the system at the moment of purchase. The order enters the picking flow without anyone copying anything.
-
Catalog and pricing
A product is registered once and published to the store. Price or description changes come from a single place.
-
Shared stock
The storefront balance tracks the real balance, including what is reserved by orders not yet shipped.
-
Customers and history
Whoever buys online shows up in the CRM with their history attached — the basis for support and for campaigns.
How the integration is built
-
Private app with minimum permissions
The connection uses its own credential, scoped to the resources it needs. No admin key circulating.
-
Webhooks with acknowledgement
An incoming event is recorded before it is processed. If something fails midway the order is not lost: it is reprocessed.
-
Periodic reconciliation
Beyond real time, a scheduled sweep compares both sides and flags discrepancies — because a webhook will fail eventually.

Questions about this integration
What if I sell on more than one channel?
The custom system becomes the place where the channels meet. Shopify is one more order source, alongside marketplaces, phone sales or a physical store.
Will the storefront get slower?
No. The integration runs on the server, off the page path. The storefront is still served by Shopify, at the speed it already has.
